Joe Savage joins Hamilton International as Operations Director with 25 years project and construction management experience at the highest level of the construction industry in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East.

In the past 14 years Joe has held a number of Directorships, most recently as General Manager for Dublin based building contractors ABM Design & Build, where Joe managed the business from Business Development through delivery to handover to client and beyond. Prior to this Joe was the Eastern Regional Director for P. Elliott & Co. a European based main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of EUR 400m.

Joe is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology and his technical experience in the industry enables him to deliver where it counts; a quality product, on budget, right, first time and every time.

Kieran brings more than 15 years of commercial experience in the Construction and related industries to Hamilton International.

After studying in Ireland and the United Kingdom, Kieran holds a BSC in Quantity Surveying. Spending most of his career working in a Commercial and Contracts Management role in one of Ireland’s leading construction companies, Kieran has wide experience in all sectors ie. commercial office, hotels, retail, leisure, healthcare and education.

In 2008, Kieran undertook a consultancy assignment in the United Arab Emirates and in August 2010 joined Hamilton International as Commercial Director.

Not only does Kieran bring a vast amount of commercial experience to Hamilton International, but is extremely instrumental in successfully getting projects through a Value Engineering process whilst ensuring the “look, feel and function” is maintained to client requirements.

Ted possesses a wide breadth of knowledge ensuring the construction, commercial and contractual processes are administered with a consistent level of quality, accuracy and efficiency.
